Greetings and welcome to Arlington Catholic High School Athletics

Registration for AC athletics is now processed through FamilyID. All necessary forms are accessed through this portal, including the link for concussion testing. A current valid physical can be uploaded through FamilyID, although it is also permissible to hand in a hard copy to the nurse's office. The physical must be no older than 13 months.
